- Full price cancellation fee if a tour is cancelled within 24 hours.
- If a “No Show” 100% cancellation fee.
- If notice of more than 24 hours then no fee for change of date booking.
- Full refund for more than 24 hours notice of cancellations minus a $20 administration fee.
- Subject to VJZ being unable to offer the tour due to extreme weather or force majeure, a change in cruiseship schedules, serious illness, etc. VJZ will do everything in its power to change dates to accommodate customers on an alternate date or offer refunds if this is not possible. A $20 administration fee for cancellations will occur.
Vanuatu Jungle Zipline reserves the right right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, or other unforeseen events that may interfere with the safe operation of the business.
